Several companies of the 1st Battalion 28th Infantry Brigade "Black Lions" make final preparations for today's ceremony of the turnover of Forward Operating Base Paliwoda to the 2nd Battalion, 17th Iraqi Army Brigade, April 25, 2010. This turnover marks the 5th base closure by 1/28th Infantry Brigade in the move to hand over Iraq back to the Iraqis.
