Diyala province officials and leaders from the Provincial Reconstruction Team cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the new Baqubah Landfill April 22. This landfill is part of a larger sanitation initiative undertaken by the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, to help clean up the area.
