A U.S. Army soldier in dress uniform is holding the Medal of Honor by its light blue ribbon during what appears to be a formal White House ceremony. The setting features gold curtains, an American flag, and what appears to be the Presidential Seal, consistent with the East Room of the White House. The soldier is wearing aiguillettes and a name tag, suggesting a formal military presentation event.
