    Romanians gather around a UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter July 16, 2016 during a general aviation exhibit at the Otopeni Airfield in Bucharest, Romania. The display, featuring Romanian fixed and rotary wing aircraft, featured the American helicopter, which flew in from Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania. The helicopter and its crew are stationed in Romania as part of Atlantic Resolve, a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe to reaffirm the strong relationship between U.S. partners and allies in the region.
