Pvt. Matthew Davis, 3rd Platoon, 573rd Clearance Company, 1st Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, cuts metal rebar to size. The rebar was used to create a metal grate which now covers a culvert on a main supply route in Iraq. The grate ensures water flow and protection against unwanted access.
