A military construction or engineering operation is underway on a large cleared dirt area. A military water tanker truck (appears to be an HEMTT or similar heavy tactical vehicle) is spraying water onto the ground surface, while a road compactor/roller operates nearby. The background shows a body of water, open fields, and tree lines, suggesting a remote or semi-rural location.
