This training is designed to enhance the interoperability of the combined RIMPAC 16 forces during military operations in a maritime environment. RIMPAC is the world's largest international maritime exercise, and provides a unique training opportunity that helps participants foster and sustain cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and on the world's oceans.
