Hernandez came in 1st place for 'Soldier of the Year' and will go on to compete for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command title at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 10-14. Winning that competition will put him one step closer to his goal of being named 'Soldier of the Year' Army-wide.
