Ekuasi Manu gives remarks during a welcoming ceremony at St. John’s College, Ovalau, Fiji, July 3, 2016, for Marines and Sailors with Task Force Koa Moana, as part of their deployment in the Asia-Pacific region. The task force is conducting vertical construction training at the college and infantry training, with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, on the island to increase interoperability and relations. Manu is the principal of St. John’s College. The Marines and Sailors with the task force are originally assigned to I and III Marine Expeditionary Force and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4.
