    Lance Cpl. Victor Powell, a Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. native serving as a heavy equipment mechanic with Marine Wing Support Squadron 274, hooks chains to a cement barrier at Camp Leatherneck's old VIP landing pad so his fellow Marine can lift it and move it onto a flatbed truck for transport to Leatherneck's new VIP landing pad. Powell iis two months into a seven month deployment.
