    Petty Officer 3rd Class Travis Unema, a boatswain's mate aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Fir, a 225-foot seagoing buoy tender homeported in Astoria, Ore., powerwashes marine growth from buoy 14 on the Columbia River Bar, June 23, 2016.

    The cutter crew regulary clears the buoys of marine growth so they float better and are more visible to vessels.
