    Seaman Alex Shilling, a crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Fir, a 225-foot seagoing buoy tender homeported in Astoria, Ore., replaces an LED light atop buoy 14 during buoy operations at the mouth of the Columbia River, June 23, 2016.

    Buoy 14 is 35-feet tall and 9-feet wide, which is the biggest buoy size that the Coast Guard works with.
