A fight line operations lead vehicle moves to the staging area to wait for the next incoming leader to arrive April 11, 2010, at Joint Base Andrews. Forty-seven of the worlds leaders are arriving at Joint Base Andrews for the Nuclear Security Summit hosted by President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C., slated for Monday and Tuesday. The 316th Wing is leading operations to provide safe, effective and efficient arrival and departure services for the invited guests transiting Andrews.
