(June 9, 2016) - Reconnaissance Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, approach their specified landing zone during a high-altitude, high-opening air insertion from a C-130 Hercules aircraft in Parker, Ariz. June 9, 2016. While in the air, the Marines’ main objective is to maintain a tight formation while the Marine in the lowest position of the formation sets the path of travel to landing zone.
