Col. Stacy Townsend, the Joint Task Force Seven commander, goes over the layout of the task force area of operation at the Port of Tacoma, Wash., to Soldiers and distinguished visitors from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force during a tour of the port on June 15. Department of Defense and government agencies provided logistical support from the port during Cascadia 2016.
