U.S. Marine Maj. Todd A. Peterson (Right) delivers a plaque to Maj. Gen. Peterson, from Westland, Michigan, is the commanding officer with Task Force Koa Moana, originally assigned as the operations officer with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
