Iraqi army soldier raise their national flag, signifying their ownership of Forward Operating Base Caldwell, Iraq, during a turnover cermony at the base on April 2. For the last seven years the U.S. Flag was flown at the base, but was lowerd for a last time as it is now in control of the IA.
