(June 11 2016) – U.S. Third Fleet Sailors give ship tours on the forecastle of the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) with USS Howard (DDG 83) is moored alongside her for Rose Festival Fleet Week. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen from the U.S. and Canada making the city a port of call.
