Soldiers, Sailors, veterans and civilians gather for a memorial ceremony to Kenneth Moore and Robert Wright June 4, 2016, in Angoville-au-Plain, France. Moore and Wright, who were medics with the 101st Airborne Division during World War II, provided care to both allies and enemies alike as long as they respected their wishes and left their weapons outside of the Angoville-au-Plain church (seen in back) so as not to compromise the status of the location as a noncombatant facility.
