Gheorghe Soare, 10th Engineer Brigade Romanian Land Forces Battalion Commander addresses the dignitaries and Soldiers present for the Resolute Castle Opening Ceremony at Cincu, Romania, May 05, 2016. In his speech, Col. Soare stated, “Exercise Resolute Castle 15 represented the beginning of a very important common project, with American and Romanian engineers joining their efforts in order to achieve planned objectives: working together, realizing interoperability between our forces, and last but not least, to improve infrastructure for training in Cincu Training Range.
