Chief Warrant Officer 2 Ryan Anderson of the California National Guard receives the prestigious MacArthur Leadership Award from Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Mark A. Milley and James Wofford of the Gen. MacArthur Foundation at the Pentagon on June 1. The award is presented annually to one National Guard warrant officer and 28 Army officers overall nationwide who exemplify the ideals for which Gen. Douglas MacArthur stood: duty, honor, country.
