(May 28, 2016) — A member of the Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, parachutes into Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, N.Y. during an aviation demonstration and static display as part of 2016 Fleet Week New York, May 28. FWNY, now in its 28th year, is the city's time-honored celebration of the sea series. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the citizens of New York and the surrounding tri-state area to meet Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, as well as witness firsthand the latest capabilities of today's maritime service.
