Members of the Latvian military hold the rope as a stretcher is raised onto a Mil Mi-2 helicopter during the Gauja Celebration in Adazi, Latvia on May 28, 2016. Members of B Battery, Field Artillery Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, and Fox Troop, 2nd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment participated in the static display portion of the Gauja Celebration. Static displays are an important aspect as it allows the soldiers to interact on a personal level with the citizens in the community where they are training during Operational Atlantic Resolve.
