Commanding general of the Joint Logistics Command - Haiti and the 377TH Theater Sustainment Command, Maj. Gen. Luis R. Visot briefs his mission status to the Undersecretary of the Army , the Hon. Joseph W. Westphal and Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, commander of Joint Task Force-Haiti March 18, at his joint operations center near Toussaint L'Ouverture Airport. The 377th TSC, headquartered out of the Naval Air Station - Joint Reserve Base in Belle Chasse, La. just outside of New Orleans, is the largest command in the U.S. Army Reserve.
