The image shows individuals wearing blue nitrile gloves handling a small blue vial or ampoule, likely in a medical, forensic, or hazmat context. A yellow warning/caution label is partially visible in the background, and markings ('HOC' and 'X') are written on one of the gloves. The scene suggests a controlled substance handling, evidence collection, or chemical testing procedure.

Members of the 59th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Company secure a sample of a “chemical substance” for analysis during their Reconnaissance Sustainment Training with the New York Fire Department in New York City on May 18. As part of the training, the unit went through a series of familiarization exercises at the New York Fire Department Training Division's Facilities, which has an exact replica of a portion of the New York City subway.
