Staff Sgt. Darcy Oien, of the 119th Security Forces Squadron, directs traffic, March 16, at a traffic control point on north University street, Fargo, N.D. The TCP is a heavily traveled corridor for dump trucks delivering clay to flood barriers being built along the Red River. Oien is helping to control the traffic at a busy intersection, which allows the trucks to quickly reach their flood fighting destinations in a timely manner.
