Members of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) participate in a graduation ceremony for the first Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) Qualification Course held in Khmelnitsky, Ukraine on May 14. The development of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) Qualification Course is part of an ongoing U.S. effort to contribute to Ukraine's long-term military reform and professionalism and to help improve Ukraine's internal defense capabilities and training capacity.
