Eva Dukesz Friedlander, a Holocaust survivor, speaks to the Soldiers of the 335th Signal Command (Theater), May 14, 2016 at East Point, Georgia. Friedlander happily shared how she met her husband shortly after surviving the Holocaust with more than 100 Soldiers who attended the Holocaust Day of Remembrance. During the 335th SC(T) battle assembly weekend, the Equal Opportunity Office conducted its annual observance of the National Day of Remembrance, which was established by Congress in 1980 to ensure the victims of the Holocaust are remembered forever.
