A corrections officer at the Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center instructs U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 303rd Military Police Company the first step in applying handcuffs: making sure the locks work. The training occurred in Jackson, Michigan, May 15. The Soldiers were taught inmate control by corrections officer trainers at the local facility.
