JOLON, Calif. – Lt. Col. Anita Lesure, head nurse of the operating room and Soldier with the 801st Combat Support Hospital, looks over a simulated casualty’s chart to decide further treatment during a mass casualty exercise at Fort Hunter Liggett, May 9. The realistic exercise was apart of the Fort’s 16th annual Warrior Exercise and the scenario encompassed a simulated helicopter crash, which had burst into flames and 32 casualties laid scattered around the helicopter, where the medics gave battlefield aid and evacuated the casualties to the CSH.
