U.S. Army 1st Lt. Marvin Ryals is promoted to captain, May 13, 2016, at Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Ryals was an augment recovery officer to DPAA whom deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of three aircrew members of a McDonnell-Douglass A-20G Havok lost during World War II.
