Members of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and U.S. Embassy Papua New Guinea gather for the promotion ceremony of U.S. Army 1st Lt. Marvin Ryals to captain, May 13, 2016, at Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Ryals was an augment recovery officer to DPAA who deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of three aircrew members of a McDonnell-Douglass A-20G Havok lost during World War II.
