Sgt. Maj. Mark M. Geletko, the outgoing sergeant major of Headquarters Battalion, reports to Lt. Col. Brandon D. McGowan, the battalion's commanding officer March 5 and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal before being retired during a post and relief and retirement ceremony at Lance Cpl. Torrey L. Gray Field. Geletko relinquished his post to Sgt. Maj. James D. Walsh.
