    Richland County Health Commissioner, Martin Tremmel, and 179th Airlift Wing Commander, Col. Gary McCue, sign a Training Affiliation Agreement (TAA) as members of the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio, hosted an Air Force Community Partnership Program Final Planning Meeting, May 11, 2016. The program brings community representatives and Air Force officials together to leverage military installation and local community capabilities with resources to obtain value and benefit in support of the Air Force mission.
