Mihail Buclis, the National Army Land Forces commander, to ask him some questions regarding Exercise Dragoon Pioneer after the opening ceremony for the event at Codru Training Area, Moldova, May 5, 2016. Dragoon Pioneer is a training exercise in which the Moldovan Army and the U.S. Army Regimental Engineer Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, stationed out of Grafenwoehr, Germany, work and train side-by-side to help increase interoperabilty and is part of an ongoing bilateral cooperation between the U.S. Army and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova.
