Gen. Frank J. Grass, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, left, toured New Mexico National Guard Apr. 29-30, 2016. Grass began his visit at the Army Aviation Support Facility then was flown via Army UH-60 Black Hawk to the southern section of New Mexico. He met with local Customs and Border Patrol officials as well as the leadership of the NMNG Counterdrug program then toured the international border aboard an LUH-72 Lakota piloted and crewed by Army National Guardsmen.
