Parliamentarians from Turkey listen intently to a guest speaker at the George C. Marshall European Center. They were attending a two-day tailored seminar designed to introduce them to different practices on the role of parliament in national security policy. The seminar was one of more than 100 non-resident outreach events planned by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. It was the first-ever seminar specifically for parliamentarians from Turkey.
