A military retirement or farewell ceremony is taking place on a tarmac at Fort Bragg, where fire trucks are performing a traditional water cannon salute for a helicopter. A small military helicopter, likely an OH-58 Kiowa, is flying through the arch of water created by two fire trucks numbered 22 and 21. Additional helicopters and personnel are visible in the background of what appears to be a military airfield.
