The crew of an HC-130 Hercules airplane return to Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point on Oahu, April 14, 2016, after picking up seven monk seals in Kona, Hawaii. This transport is a milestone in the partnership between the Coast Guard, NOAA and The Marine Mammal Center's Ke Kai Ola rehabilitation facility to ensure the survival of monk seals, a critically endangered species found nowhere else in the world.
