Petty Officer 3rd Class Wang Xiao assigned to the "Black Ravens" of Tactical Electronic Attack Squadron 135 takes part in a press conference aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz during a scheduled port visit to Hong Kong. Nimitz and embarked Carrier Air Wing 11 are currently deployed to promote peace, regional cooperation and stability in the Western-Pacific region.
