Adam Joks, Commanding General of the Multinational Brigade LITPOLUKRBRIG, during a reception held April 8, 2016 at Camp Lincoln, Springfield, Illinois. The governor and Polish delegation were attending a joint training exercise, Prairie Assurance, with Illinois National Guardsmen and civilian emergency response authorities to discuss how to best respond to a potential pandemic. The Illinois National Guard has been partners with Poland since 1993 as part of the National Guard's State Partnership Program.
