    SINGAPORE (Apr. 8, 2016) - Capt. Scott Murdock, Navy Region Center Singapore (NRCS) Commanding Officer, and Ann Wilson, NRCS Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, present a certificate of completion to ITS Larry Walters, II, assigned to Naval Communications Telecommunications Station Far East (Detachment Singapore), for successfully completing the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advoate (VA) Training Course. The weeklong course provided 40 hours of training covering keys roles and responsibilities of a Victim Advocate which includes victim confidentiality, medical, legal and investigative processes.
