U.S. Army Pfc. Scott Larson, a food services specialist with the 82nd Airborne, preps Cornish game hen for dinner at the dining facility inside the Combined Joint Task Force-82 Joint Operations Center, Feb. 12. A native of Butte, Neb., Larson and his team mates serve more than 900 meals per day at the dining facility inside of the Combined Joint Task Force-82 Joint Operations Center. During the holidays, the dining facility crew members plan for more elaborate festivities and spend extra hours to prepare those special meals.
