Fort Valley, Ga., native Sgt. Alexander Blackburn of the 2nd Heavy Equipment Transport Company, is interviewed by Willam Marx of the program "Dan Rather Reports" at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 11. Blackburn, 26, is a senior motor transport operator and a nine year Army veteran. "I was here when we went into Iraq and now I'm helping to pull everything out," said Blackburn. The 2nd HET company is a part of the 593rd Sustainment Brigade, responsible for hauling the hundreds of equipment convoys in support of the Responsible Drawdown of Iraq.
