Civil Affairs Soldiers from the Joint Forces Special Operations Component Command carry a pallet of medical supplies from a privately owned aircraft to a Marine Corps MH-53E Sea Dragon Feb. 5 from the Cap-Haitien airport. They loaded $750,000 worth of medical supplies into the helicopter that was traveling back to Port-au-Prince. The charity organization that had the supplies was going to use private transportation to get the supplies to the Port-au-Prince airport. The civil affairs Soldiers were from the 98th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), which falls under the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne) and under the United States Army Special Operations Command.
