Haitians help members of the Joint Forces Special Operations Component Command unload medical supplies donated by the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization and the Salvation Army. Members of the JFSOCC and the HM-14 crew collaborated with the J/P HRO to deliver the supplies to the northern city using a MH-53E Sea Dragon.
