BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan - Chief Warrant Officer 4 Aura I. Sweeney, Senior Supply Systems Technician, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), conducted a site visit at the Central Issue Facility, here on Mar. 11. Sweeney provided guidance to Sgt. 1st Class Michelle Dillard, 373rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, regarding the processes of right sizing the CIF to better support the Soldiers in theater.
