ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 30, 2016) - Aviation Electronics Technician 3rd Class David Bolles conducts maintenance on an F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to the Gunslingers of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA 105) in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), the flagship of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group. Ike is underway conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group in preparation for a future deployment.
