A group of 35th Contracting Squadron members and local contractors discuss the Himberg Pool construction at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Feb. 3, 2016. The project took place due to the materialization of scratches and bubbles in the pool’s vinyl liner which was last worked on more than 10 years ago.
