U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Rebecca Tongen, 145th Airlift Wing (AW) installation emergency manager, dines with Command Chief Master Sgt. of the Air National Guard James W. Hotaling during his first visit to the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, March 12, 2016. Rico Brown, 145th AW chaplain assistant, Staff Sgt. Patrick Nesmith, powered support systems mechanic, and Senior Airman Portia Fore, personalist from the 145th Maintenance Squadron; all recognized for their excellent service to the NCANG.
